Friendly staff and comfy rooms. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The stay was enjoyable, particularly because of the cozy breakfast nook and the modern bathroom. It made our trip to explore Coventry much more comfortable. The room had a lovely fridge and microwave, which were great for snacks with the kids. The staff really stood out with their warmth and friendly demeanor, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.

The overall cleanliness could definitely use some attention!!! A lingering cigarette smell and visible makeup on light switches don't create the best impression. The area around the hotel feels neglected with litter everywhere!!!
